By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without notice.

Services: We aim to make our innovative patches accessible to all those interested in using HRV biofeedback to transform their stress management. We are building partnerships with mental health networks, clinics and telehealth platforms so professionals can also provide this tool to clients as supplemental, clinician-supported care. By signing up for an account, you agree to use these services responsibly and legally.

Account Terms:

To sign up for a Peace in Paces account giving you access to our products and services, you must be at least 18 years of age.

As an account holder, you agree to:

Provide authentic and accurate registration details, keeping your login credentials secure and confidential at all times. You are fully responsible for any activity occurring under your account.
Use your account and our products only for their stated purpose, avoiding any illegal or unauthorized usage per our terms and conditions.
Maintain respectful communication with our staff and other users. Abusive language or misconduct can lead to account termination.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts at our sole discretion to protect site integrity, users’ safety, or for other urgent reasons. We will attempt - but cannot guarantee - providing reasonable notice in such situations.

Account holders are responsible for personal usage data monitoring. Please reach out immediately if you observe suspicious account activity or data inaccuracies.

While infrequent, we may need to suspend services for temporary maintenance or upgrades. We will communicate timelines and support options proactively with any service interruptions.

Intellectual Property:

All content present on Peace in Paces websites, mobile applications, products and services is the property of Peace in Paces or its content suppliers, clients, and licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, branding elements, product designs, technologies, data analytics, research reports, training methodologies and therapeutic content.

Users do not acquire any ownership rights by accessing or contributing user content to Peace in Paces platforms. Users must abide by all copyright notices or restrictions contained therein, and may use content solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes only. Other distribution, publishing or exploitation of Peace in Paces intellectual property requires our prior written approval.

Trademarks include but are not limited to “Peace in Paces”, slogans, logos, service marks, and unique branding featured in visual, audio and textual content on our platforms or products. Use of Peace in Paces trademarks requires prior written permission and must comply with all trademark guidelines if approved.

Please reach out to security@peaceinpaces.com with any requests related to use of Peace in Paces intellectual property assets. We aim to respond promptly to legitimate licensing or permission inquiries regarding our brand, products, content or technology.

User Content:

We love seeing our users share their experiences with Peace in Paces products and services across social media, blogs, videos and other public platforms.

If you choose to submit or publish any feedback, comments, suggestions, enhancements, improvements, or other submissions related to Peace in Paces products or services on third party sites (together “User Content”), you grant us an unconditional, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide license to use, reproduce, copy, modify, create derivative works, distribute and publicly display such User Content in any format or media.

The following rules apply to submitting User Content:

You confirm that you own all proprietary rights in the User Content you submit, or have an express right from the rights owner to submit such User Content.
User Content must represent your genuine personal perspective and experience with our products. Compensation should be clearly disclosed in content.
User Content must not be illegal, obscene, defamatory, infringing or objectionable material. We reserve the right to remove such Content at our sole discretion.

While we may reach out to engage with online feedback and discussion around our products, no formal business or endorsement relationship is implied by our interactions with User Content in public discussions.

Limitation of Liability:

Peace in Paces strives to provide our services with reasonable care and skill. However, we make no guarantees or warranties regarding continuous or fault-free operation of our products or services.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, guarantees, warranties, terms and conditions, whether implied by statute, common law or otherwise. This includes implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Our total liability relating to or arising out of your use of our products or services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to access our products or services, if any, in the previous 12 months.

We will not be liable for any lost profits or special, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damages arising from or in connection with our website, products or services - whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise - even if foreseeable or advised of such damages in advance.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or intentional misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence or otherwise. If any exclusion or limitation of liability is found to be unenforceable by court, our total liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permissible by law.

The limitations and exclusions in this section apply equally to Peace in Pace's staff, employees, affiliates or anyone acting on our behalf.

Governing Law:

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of federal and state courts located in Ootacamund, Tamin Nadu.
